The GenomeFi Foundation was established to complete an AI big data platform that can participate in the development of the bio-industry and humanity through personal genomic information. It aims to expand and innovate genomic services in blockchain and Web 3.0 through individual Genome Decentralized Identifier (GDID)
GenomeFi (“GenomeFi,” “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect, use, and share in connection with the GenomeFi website, mobile app, and other software provided on or in connection with our services, as described in our Terms of Service (collectively, the “Service”).

In addition, your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding the processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the GenomeFi website. The look and feel of all content that accompanies the ScreenCaptures and/or Link or is on the same page as any ScreenCaptures or the Link shall not (as determined in the sole discretion of GenomeFi) bear any write-ups, pictures, content, insinuations, or implications that may lower the reputation of GenomeFi, damage or dilute the goodwill associated with GenomeFi, the reputation or any Branding
6. content on Your Platform shall contain any information that (in GenomeFi’s sole discretion) may create any false impression that you, Your Platform, services, products or any other website, services, products, person or entity is endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with GenomeFi or any of its business partners (as reflected by their names, logos, or branding on the Website), or that any activity engaged in by you or anyone else has been howsoever endorsed by GenomeFi.
You agree that our Company retains full rights to revoke our consent granted herein to permit your Link or ScreenCaptures at any time in our sole discretion without any prior notice or liability to you.
